Deleting your data

You can delete the data viewd holds about a connected Instagram, Facebook, or YouTube account at any time, in any of these ways. Each one deletes the account’s stored access token and everything viewd saved from it: comments, the replies and messages viewd sent for you, your direct message conversations, keyword rules and their delivery log, and posts you composed with their uploaded media.

1. Disconnect it in viewd. Sign in, open Analytics, Comments, or Auto-posting, and choose Disconnect next to the account. Deletion is immediate.
2. Remove viewd on Instagram. In the Instagram app go to Settings, then Website permissions, then Apps and websites, and remove viewd. Instagram tells us and we delete the data right away.
3. Remove viewd on Facebook. On Facebook go to Settings and privacy, then Settings, then Business integrations (or Apps and websites), and remove viewd. Facebook tells us and we delete the data for the Pages you connected.
4. Ask us. Email viewdnet@gmail.com with the subject “Data deletion request” and the account’s username. We confirm by email once it is done.
